12/2004-Present   Transwestern (Houston, TX) - Senior Developer/Systems Analyst

 

·         Coordinated training and mentorship for junior developers.  Introduced n-tier and Extreme/Agile development to the team. 

·         Designed and developed a Comps system that tracked internal/external sales and lease comparable information using .NET 2.0 (Webforms), Infragistics, Web Services and SQL Server including Reporting Services.

·         Designed and developed an Agent Bonus and Commissions tracking system using .NET 2.0 (Winforms/Webforms), Infragistics, Web Services, Windows Services and SQL Server including Reporting Services.

·         Designed and developed a Timesheet and Absence Reporting system using .NET 2.0 (Webforms) and SQL Server including Reporting Services.

·         Full life-cycle support and enhancements for the aforementioned applications.

·         Leading Houston Law firm dealing in Mass, Class and Tort Product Liability Litigation.

·         Primary responsibilities included management of 6 employees, design and development of all custom software, databases, testing and training and meeting with all levels of management and clients.

·         Systems Developed:  Matter Management, Document Management, Intranet and Custom User Form Systems.  All 4 systems were full life cycle developments.  I also upgraded many legacy systems.

·         The various systems helped secure over 500 million dollars in judgments. The various systems also managed 75,000 matters, 500,000 contacts and over 1 million documents.
